Email Solutions
Telephone Answering Service offers a wide array of emailing solutions
to clients going beyond simply emailing messages taken by TAS's
live
operator support. Telephone Answering Service offers the following
solutions for emailing customers.
Email Message Delivery
Customers can have their messages emailed to them in a summary
format on a scheduled basis or on an instantaneous basis. On
a scheduled basis, clients can determine which days they would
like to receive a summary of all messages taken on their account.
For instance, all new messages can be sent in a single email
once per day, and contain 20 messages taken by the operators
over the course of a day. Likewise, this same customer can have
instantaneous delivery instead of a scheduled email of all messages.
Under this setup, each of the 20 messages taken by the operators
will be emailed over the course of the day the instant the message
is saved. So in this instance, the customer would have recieved
20 individual emails with a single message in each email.
Form Email Scraping and Data Mining
TAS customers have solutions customized to their individual
requirements. One solution a company may require is for data
to be mined from emails sent over, and placed into a database
or a program - like microsoft outlook. The TAS technology department
can develop a customized solution that will mine data directly
from emails (like a customer's contact information), and place
that inforamtion into a customer contact database.
Microsoft Outlook Business Card & vCard Auto Generation
TAS technologies provide customers with the option of bundling
up message information into a .vcf file, also known as a business
card. When the attachement is downloaded, TAS customers can
automatically populate a virtual business card with their clients
information, and save their relevant contact information directly
into microsoft outlook.
TAS also provides other emailing solutions, such as email
reminders and email marketing programs, to bridge the gap
between you and your customers!
