Email Message Delivery

Customers can have their messages emailed to them in a summary format on a scheduled basis or on an instantaneous basis. On a scheduled basis, clients can determine which days they would like to receive a summary of all messages taken on their account. For instance, all new messages can be sent in a single email once per day, and contain 20 messages taken by the operators over the course of a day. Likewise, this same customer can have instantaneous delivery instead of a scheduled email of all messages. Under this setup, each of the 20 messages taken by the operators will be emailed over the course of the day the instant the message is saved. So in this instance, the customer would have recieved 20 individual emails with a single message in each email.
